Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is adsfloo?
adsfloo is a self-publishing advertising platform where individuals, businesses, professionals,
event organizers, and service providers can promote themselves locally and globally.
2. How long does a free advert last?
Free adverts run for 7 days. After 7 days, they expire and must be renewed or reposted if you
still want them visible.
3. Why must free adverts be renewed?
This keeps adsfloo fresh and reduces outdated posts, unavailable persons, inactive businesses,
unserious advertisers, and abandoned listings.
4. What is a premium advert?
A premium advert receives stronger visibility and longer display duration based on the selected
plan. Video adverts are treated as premium because they use a stronger promotional format.
5. What is Share & Earn Boost?
Share & Earn Boost allows users to share their advert link. When valid confirmed visitors come
through the link, the system can award boost value after the required visits.
6. Why did my share visit not count?
adsfloo uses anti-fraud checks. Self-clicks, repeated clicks from the same device, suspicious
visits, abusive traffic, or visits that do not meet validation rules may not count.
7. What is Share-to-Activate?
Share-to-Activate is a basic activation step required before posting. It helps adsfloo encourage
real user participation and platform awareness.
8. What is a banner campaign?
A banner campaign is a premium homepage placement. Banners can appear in Hero, Mid, or Footer
sections and are tracked with impressions and clicks.
9. Why was my banner rejected?
Your banner may be larger than the maximum allowed size for the selected placement, or the file
type may not be supported. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and MP4.
10. Can I edit my banner after payment?
Yes. Editing a banner does not restart, pause, or extend the paid time. The original countdown
continues.
11. Can I delete my advert or banner?
User-side delete is not available for payment fairness and accountability reasons. Users can
pause or deactivate. Admin may delete content for moderation, cleanup, policy, or legal reasons.
12. What is the difference between Pause and Deactivate?
Pause temporarily hides your advert or banner and allows you to resume it if it has not expired.
Deactivate permanently stops it from your side and you cannot reactivate it yourself.
13. Why was my account, advert, or banner suspended?
Admin may suspend accounts, adverts, or banners for policy violations, suspicious activity,
abuse, illegal content, misleading posts, fraud concerns, or legal/safety reasons.
14. Do I get a refund if I pause or deactivate?
No automatic refund is promised for user-initiated pause, deactivation, wrong upload, wrong
details, change of mind, or failure to use the full paid duration. Refunds, where considered,
are reviewed case by case.
15. Does adsfloo guarantee customers or sales?
No. adsfloo provides visibility and publishing tools. It does not guarantee sales, calls,
customers, attendance, employment, revenue, or any specific result.
16. How do I report a suspicious advert?
Contact support with the advert link, screenshot, and reason for your report.
